Delivery Area

Penang Island Our delivery areas include almost all the area within Penang. We also provide delivery service througout Malaysia via our wide network of affiliate florist.
Regional

(Out of penang and throughout Malaysia)
Regional orders are made to location outside Penang. Arrangements delivered regionally may vary due to regional availability for the flowers required. LovelyHut Creation reserved the right to make necessary changes on the flowers used without prior notice.

Delivery Time

When Was Your Order Placed Delivery Day
Before 1:00 PM (Monday - Saturday) Within same day
After 1:00 PM (Monday - Saturday) Depends on our operation availability, we will try to arrange for same day delivery, but if it is a busy day for our operation, the deliveries will be made on the next day
After 1:00 PM on Sunday Upcoming Monday
On Malaysia Public Holiday The next day

Delivery During Peak Season

During the Peak or Festive Season (e.g. Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Hari Raya, Christmans, Chinese New Year), kindly place your order two(2) days in advance.
Due to the higher demand than usual during Peak or Festive season, we will try to accommodate your special time request as practical as we can. Otherwise, delivery will be made within the delivery date.

Delivery Practice

All orders are to be delivered to the Recipient's address given by the Sender but not necessarily to the named Recipient personally. However, LovelyHut delivery team will try their best to handed over the flowers/gifts to the names Recipient directly at the time of delivery.

Substitute Policy

LovelyHut reserved the right to make substitution on the flowers, green, basket, vase, wrapping paper, fruits, soft-toys and any other material used in our flower arrangements to the same or better quality shall the original materials are out of stock or not available from our suppliers.

Did your order including delivery charges?

Delivery charges will be charged accordingly, depending on the delivering area. Kindly contact us to have more details on the delivery charges imposed.

Refund & Return Policy

What is your Refund Policy?

Shall you find any problem for your order, please notify us upon receive the order immediately as most of our order is perishable. We will either give you a free-replacement or refund the money equivalent to your order.

What are the payment alternative for my order?

Currently we are providing Online Fund Transfer for your convenience to shop with us. For banking details, please contact for further details.

Price shown at your website also applicable during festive season? (e.g Valentine's day)

We will always keep our product price low & affordable to our customer, but during festive season especially Valentine's Day, where due to the shortage of fresh flower supply especially Roses, our cost will higher than normal day, hence some of our product price will be revised.

How do I know if my order placed from your website had been acknowledge?

For order that pay via our Online Payment System, you will receive an acknowledgement email from us as soon as it is received to ensure that your payment is being successfully accepted and processed.

How to join as member?

To join as LovelyHut Member, all you need to do is send us a message using our contact form. Enter "Join as member" as the subject and give us your particulars: full name, IC, phone number and address in the message column. Then hit the submit button, we will send you a confirmation mail on your membership.
